What is inside The Base Midtown Phuket
A pool down the length of the courtyard, a two-storey clubhouse at the end of it, and a fenced dog run — the three things that decide whether a condominium of this size is pleasant to live in.
The Base Midtown Phuket publishes 17 facilities. The ones that shape daily life: the courtyard pool with a children's pool and jacuzzi, the 2-storey clubhouse with gym, co-working and meeting room, the Sansiri Pet Yard, and the pair a 27 m² apartment cannot hold — a communal kitchen and a laundry with dryers.
The numbers

The differentiator
Pets are in the drawings, not in the rules
Most Phuket condominiums handle pets in one line of the house rules, and the line usually says no. Here it is the other way round: almost every layout in the brochure has a (Pet) twin, dimensioned separately, and the project markets itself as a pets-welcome building in central Phuket Town.
The Pet Yard is drawn as a closed garden with a two-gate airlock — you go through one gate, it shuts, then the second opens, which is the detail that stops a dog escaping into the courtyard. Inside there is a running loop, an agility zone with training equipment, and shade from the planting.
The practical consequence for a buyer: if you are letting long-term, a pet-friendly building in a town where most are not is a genuinely narrower competitive field. If you are living here with an animal, it is the reason to look at this project at all.

Interior renders of the lobby, the gym, the lounge and the pet yard exist in the brochure but carry a draft watermark, so they are not published here. We have asked Sansiri for the clean set and will add them the day it arrives.

Questions about the facilities
Is the pool really 50 metres?
Sansiri's press release describes a 50-metre Olympic-standard pool. The brochure's own facility list says only «swimming pool and jacuzzi» with no length, and the master plan is drawn to a scale bar rather than dimensioned. We have asked for the number. Until it is in a document we quote the press release as a press release.
Can I bring a large dog?
The project is marketed as pets welcome and the layouts are drawn for it, but Thai condominiums normally set limits by weight or number in the house rules, and those rules are issued at registration — after handover. Ask for the draft rules before booking if this decides your purchase.
Is the gym included or paid separately?
Facilities in Thai condominiums are covered by the monthly common area fee, not charged per use. The rate for The Base Midtown has not been published; that is the number worth asking about, because it is what you pay every month for all seventeen items.
What is Sansiri Backyard?
Sansiri's own programme of edible gardens in their projects — a communal growing area rather than decorative planting. It appears in the facility list for this project alongside the communal garden.
